  • Resting position

  • Stretch back and shoulders

Contra-indications:
  • Pregnancy

GETTING INTO THE POSE
  • From a kneeling position with the big toes and knees together, bend forward on an exhalation with your torso resting on your thighs and your forehead on the mat.

  • Bring the sitting bones towards the heels as much as possible.

  • The arms are relaxed along the legs.

BREATH
  • Exhale: relax everything.

  • Make space between the shoulder blades and between the neck and sitting bones.

- Or -

  • Inhale: feel the pressure against your legs as your chest and abdomen expand and feel the ribs widen in all directions.

GETTING OUT OF THE POSE
  • Inhale: come to hands and knees.
